Before any work starts, you’ll know exactly what the job costs. We take the time to look at what’s going on, explain what needs to be done, provide options, and give you a clear price upfront. If you approve it, we begin work. If not, no pressure.

The price you’re given is the price you pay. No add-ons halfway through, no “we found something else” upcharges unless you approve additional work first.

If something unexpected comes up, we stop and talk through it with you before doing anything extra. You stay in control of the job and the cost.
